Instructions:

For the doughnuts, cream butter, yolks and sugar. Add cocoa, nuts, rum and bean coffee. Finally, fold in flour with baking powder and stiffly beaten snow.

Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake.

Then cut out round doughnuts, fill them with cocoa cream and spread cream all around.

Sprinkle the doughnuts with nuts and carefully glaze the surface with chocolate icing.

Preparation Tip:

These doughnuts can also be filled with any other cream!
