Instructions:

To make the scalloped nacho platter, first spread the nachos on a fireproof platter or baking sheet.

Coarsely grate cheese. Remove seeds from jalapeños and cut into thin rings. Cut tomatoes into fine cubes. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into fine strips. Drain olives and also cut into thin rings. Peel onions and chop finely.

Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add the minced meat and brown. Add tomato paste to taste. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the minced meat on the nachos. Also sprinkle the jalapeños, peppers, tomatoes and olives. Finally, spread the cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees until the cheese has melted.

Serve the nacho platter with sour cream and guacamole.
