For the wild garlic obatzter, rinse the wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop finely. Cut the camembert into pieces and mash with a fork. Cream the butter. Stir the Camembert with 100 g butter and the wild garlic, add the white beer and season with paprika powder, caraway powder, salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into fine rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the onion rings well. Cut the chives into small rolls.

Garnish the bear’s garlic obatzter with the onion rings and sprinkle with chive rolls.

Preparation Tip:

For a slightly spicier version of this recipe, add half an onion cut into small cubes and some hot paprika powder to the wild garlic obatzter.
