For the stuffed zucchini, cut the zucchini in half and hollow it out, soak the bread in a little lukewarm water and squeeze it. Cut ham into fine strips, finely chop garlic and cheese. Now add the rest of the ingredients (except manchego cheese and oil), season to taste and stuff into the hollowed out zucchini.

Sprinkle with the grated manchego cheese and place in a baking dish covered with olive oil. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the oven at 200° C for about 30 minutes.

Then cut or portion the zucchini into finger food portions.
