Lightly mix the egg whites with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Knead quickly by hand to form a dough. Add more sugar to taste. Cover with a plate and leave to cool for 1 hour.
Cut tablespoon-sized pieces from the dough, roll into a ball and roll in sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with sugar. Dry in the oven heated to 125 °C for 15 minutes.
Tip: Use better chocolate – the better the result will taste!
