For the avocado sauce, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel out the flesh, and pass through a hair sieve.

Mix lemon juice with it. Remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper and cut into tiny strips.

Stir together with tomato juice, tomato paste to the avocado. Season with salt and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Serve the avocado sauce cold.
