Homemade baby food – First baby food
For the fish fillet with vegetables, inspect the fillet for bones and remove with tweezers if necessary. Heat some milk in a pot, put the fish fillets in and cook.
Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft and drain.
For the sauce, prepare a light roux (melt the butter and stir in the flour). Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and continue to cook over low heat until the sauce has a creamy consistency.
For the fish fillet with vegetables, shred the fish fillet and add to the diced vegetables, then stir in the sauce.
