Instructions:

Cut the goat cheese into slices. Finely chop the olives. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and free the flesh from the skin. Cut into small cubes.

Mix the olives and avocado in a bowl. Add a dash of olive oil and some lemon juice.

Cut the baguette into not too thin slices.

Place 1-2 slices of goat cheese on each and bake using the oven’s grill function just until the goat cheese starts to melt.

Remove and top with the olive-avocado mixture.

Preparation Tip:

The bruschetta can also be prepared with other ingredients of your choice. For example, add herbs or chili or use a different cheese.
