For the cheese spaetzle, put the spelt flour in a mixing bowl with the oil, salt, water and two eggs and mix with the kneading picks.
Heat lightly salted water in a large pot and add the spaetzle. Once they float to the surface, strain the gnocchi.
Melt some herb butter in a pot and add the gnocchi and the grated cheese.
Stir until the cheese has melted and then serve.
