Melanzani and Zucchini Pizza

Instructions:

First prepare the pizza dough.

Wash and slice the melanzani and zucchini. Fry briefly in hot oil.

Lay out pizza dough on either four small oiled pizza trays or a large oiled baking sheet.

Mix juice of lemon, parade ice pulp, tomato ketchup and lemon zest.

Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic and spread sauce on pizza dough.

Spread the melanzani and zucchini over it, spread the mozzarella on top and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Drizzle the melanzani and zucchini pizza with a little oil and bake in a medium oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of mozzarella and pine nuts, feta and capers also fit particularly well as an alternative. The pizza gets a completely different flavor character by changing these two ingredients.
