Instructions:

Grease and flour baking tray or cake pan.

Mix flour with baking powder.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Carefully stir yogurt into the mixture (mixer on lowest speed).

Fold the flour and baking powder mixture into the mixture and lastly slowly stir in the oil.

Spread the mixture on the prepared baking tray or fill into the cake tin, sprinkle with the currants and bake at 180 °C for approx. 30-40 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Use a 250 ml cup for measuring.
