Stir all ingredients for the marinade up to and with pepper. Sprinkle meat with cornstarch (1), add to marinade form, mix, stand with lid closed for about 30 minutes. Cut vegetables into fine strips, mushrooms into slices.

Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry meat with marinade in batches, remove. Add oil, drain Mu-Err mushrooms, onions and peppers, stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add zucchini, stir-fry 1-2 min. Mushrooms – Spot 1.3 #385

Add, stir-fry briefly. Extinguish with soup. Stir cornstarch (2), mix into vegetables, gently bubble over low heat until sauce thickens. Add meat, season, just until hot.

Serve immediately.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
