Quickly mix semolina, curd, flour, eggs, salt, lemon zest and melted butter into a dough and let rest for about 30 minutes.
From the dough fill small pieces with nougat and turn small dumplings.
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the dumplings in it for about 10 minutes.
Melt butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs and toast them lightly. Roll the dumplings in the toasted breadcrumbs, arrange on plates, sprinkle with sugar.
