Cook the rice as usual.

In a large frying pan with sunflower oil, fry the turkey meat and onion.

When the turkey is cooked through, pour the beef broth. Add paprika powder, chili bell pepper, salt and pepper.

Bring everything to a boil again and stir in the finished rice well. Stir until the beef broth has boiled away.

Now season again to taste and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Chili powder can be used instead of the chili pepper.
