Heat oil in a large saucepan. Fry onion and garlic pieces in it until golden brown.
Add white cabbage and carrots and sauté for 3 min.
Then fry the zucchini for another 3 min.
Mix eggs and add to the saucepan with the spring onions. Stir several times. Steam the vegetables until done (15 min).
Season with freshly grated nutmeg, salt, pepper as well as the glutamate.
Serve with White long grain rice
