For the soy chili sauce:


Place 3 shrimp in each tofu block. (Pre-drill with the handle of a mocca spoon if necessary).

Place in a steamer (bamboo basket or pot with insert) and cook at 95 °C for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, for the soy chili sauce, slice the green onion into fine rings and finely chop the garlic and chili.

Mix the soy sauce with water as well as sesame oil and mix with spring onions, garlic as well as chili peppers.

Remove the cooked tofu and cut into slices. Arrange on plates and drizzle with the chili sauce.

Garnish the shrimp tofu steak with cilantro before serving.
