For the house friends No-egg with water and sugar until frothy, chop the chocolate coarsely. Chop the nuts and raisins a little in a blitz chopper or with a chopping knife.
Knead all ingredients together, add a tiny pinch of salt and season with cinnamon, cloves or cardamom as you like. I find without everything best, but that is a matter of taste.
Form four or five rolls from the dough (with wet hands, the dough is sticky, but should be so) and place them next to each other on a paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 170 degrees without hot air for about 20 min. The rolls will run out a little. Leave to cool and while still warm (after about 20 minutes) cut the rolls into slices.
Hide them in a tin, otherwise they will all be gone.
Preparation Tip:
The vegan house friends can also be covered with chocolate icing, if desired.
