Try this delicious cake recipe:

Melt chocolate, butter and liqueur over hot water (not boiling). Stir well. Stir with sugar and egg yolks until creamy and cooled.

Whip egg whites until stiff but not dry, flour (sifted) into chocolate/egg mixture.

Pour into a well buttered and sugared bundt pan.

Bake in heated oven at 180 C for about 40 min, or until a broom straw comes out clean. Do not burn, choc burns terribly.

After about 10 min resting time, turn out onto serving plate (carefully) and bring to table after an hour resting time.

Mountain looks and the inner hole is then heaped with whipped cream (creme chantilly). If you want you can call it “Mount Kackalackawacka” after a volcano in Hawaii 😉 *Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Cognac are ok. Do not use water! If you don’t like liqueur, make something else.
