First, preheat the oven to 200 °C (top heat).

Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and marinate them with powdered sugar and a little lemon juice.

Lightly whip the egg whites and beat to snow with the granulated sugar. Beat the egg yolks with granulated sugar until the mixture is white. Then add strawberry liqueur and beat again. Gently fold the yolk mixture (preferably with a pastry card) into the snow mixture. Place the marinated strawberries in deep plates and spread the soufflé mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with mint and serve.
