1. preheat oven to 200 °C. Remove the skin from the kohlrabi and cut into thin slices. 2.

Grease four ovenproof ramekins (approx. 18 x 18 cm). Season kohlrabi slices with salt, season with pepper and layer in a fan shape in the ramekins.

Pour whipped cream on top. Place the ramekins on the middle shelf of the heated stove and cook for about half an hour. 4.

Remove the peel from the onions and cut them into fine rings. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the onion rings until light brown. Add the pumpkin seeds and roast for another 3 min.

Divide the onion-pumpkin seed mixture evenly among the ramekins and bake the gratin in the oven for another 8 minutes.

Tip: Delicious with – pink roasted lamb fillet. For this, rinse and dry about 150 g of lamb fillet per person. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 sprig of rosemary in a frying pan and roast the fillets in it.
