Instructions:

For the roast pork from the hot air fryer, first rub off the rosemary. Peel the garlic. Finely grind both together with pumpkin seeds, cloves, salt and pepper. Stir in the vegetable oil.

Cut into the pork rind to form a check pattern. Massage in the spice paste. Place rind side down in the baking pan of the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer. Add about 1 cm of boiling water. Roast at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Turn the pork roast over and roast for another 15 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and thinly slice the soup vegetables if necessary. Add to the roast pork. Add the bay leaf as well. Empty the beer over the roast pork. Place in the Philips Airfryer for 45 minutes. In between, keep basting with the gravy.

Meanwhile, wash the leek and cut it into coarse pieces. Add to the roast pork together with the beef broth. Roast at 175 °C for another 45 minutes, basting frequently with gravy.

Remove the meat and the leek. Finely puree the sauce and thicken if necessary. Serve roast pork from the hot air fryer.

Preparation Tip:

Serve roast pork from the hot air fryer with potato dumplings, for example.
