Instructions:

For the salad with roast beef, arugula and herbs, cut the cold roast beef into thin slices.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Rinse the sprouts, chop the kitchen herbs coarsely and chop the chili pepper, ginger and garlic finely.

Stir the balsamic vinegar and both oils with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar to make a salad dressing or blend briefly with a hand blender. Stir in chili, garlic and ginger.

Arrange the arugula on a plate, place the slices of tomato and roast beef on top. Sprinkle the sprouts on top, drizzle with the dressing and garnish with the herbs.
