For the rose cake, mix flour, curd cheese, milk, oil, baking powder and salt to a dough. Chop bell bell pepper and onion and mix with minced meat, egg and Gouda.
Season with paprika seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the mixture on it. Roll up the dough with the mixture into a roulade and cut into eleven pieces.
Place three pieces in the center of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the remaining eight pieces all around. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 40 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
The spicy rose cake is an ideal party snack. With a little bacon it becomes finely spicy.
