For the Nutella pouches, first roll out the puff pastry and cut out as many circles as possible. Place the circles on a baking tray with baking paper.

Put a blob of Nutella in each circle and brush around the blob with the beaten egg. Now roll out the 2nd puff pastry, cut out the same number of circles and place them on top of the others.

Press the edges well and brush the “lids” with egg again.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled Nutella pouches with powdered sugar.

Preparation Tip:

The Nutella-Tascherl are a particularly quick, simple but very delicious recipe. Ideal if you do not have much at home but still gets a taste for something sweet.
