Remove the stalk from the cabbage, cut the cabbage into noodles (about 2 cm long). Rinse the cabbage, drain very well. Cook cabbage in a little vegetable soup, wine and juice of one lemon. Finely chop onion, carrots, bell bell pepper, garlic and ginger. Marinate salmon with juice of one lemon and few drops of soy sauce, stand for a short time.
