Steamed Rosemary Potatoes with Sour Cream Dip

Preheat the steamer to 100 °C.

For the steamed rosemary potatoes with sour cream dip, brush the potatoes vigorously under water and cut lengthwise.

Place on an unperforated baking sheet coated with olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary and steam in the steamer for 45 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with the finely chopped herbs, add salt and pepper.
