Instructions:

For the Swedish bomb penguins, first roll out half of the marzipan thinly on some powdered sugar. Use a knife to cut out 6 triangles that are slightly less high than the Swedish bombs.

Knead the remaining marzipan with the food coloring until the color is evenly distributed and the desired intensity is reached. Also roll out the colored marzipan on confectioners’ sugar. Cut out 6 hearts with a cookie cutter. Shape the 6 beaks from the rest.

Melt the chocolate coating over a water bath.

First, use a little water to stick the marzipan triangles onto the Swedish bombs with the point facing up. Then glue the Swedish bombs onto the marzipan hearts. Place the beaks on the upper end of the marzipan triangle.

To the right and left of the beak, glue the sugar eyes with a little melted couverture.

Let the Swedish penguins dry.

Preparation Tip:

Swedish bomb penguins are a real eye-catcher at children's parties! Instead of marzipan can also be used fondant.
