Cream mushroom vegetables:

Baked potatoes:


Place the lightly salted salmon pieces on the spread foil and evenly distribute the vegetables on top. White wine over it form and close the foil well. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for 15 min. Bring the salmon to the table on the mushroom vegetables and serve with the vegetables from the foil.

Whipped cream and mushroom vegetables:

Omit butter, sauté mushrooms and onions, add flour and brown for 1 minute. Add milk and whipped cream and cook at low temperature until it has the right firmness. Before serving, form chives over it. Offer with salmon.

Baked potatoes:

Quarter the potatoes and cook with salt, olive oil, pepper and half a lemon in slices in the stove at 225 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked.
