For the parmesan gnocchi, boil and peel the potatoes. Press through the potato press and mix in all the other ingredients.

Form handy rolls, from which you cut pieces and press with a fork the typical gnocchi strips.

Dust with flour and leave to air dry a little, (about 10 minutes) cook in boiling water for about 3 minutes.

Serve the Parmesan gnocchi with finely chopped basil leaves.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, serve the Parmesan Gnocchi with tomato sauce or as a side dish.
