To make the date bites, beat the egg whites until very stiff and gradually beat in 8 dag of the sugar.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Finely chop the dates and almonds.
In a bowl, mix the dates, 8 dag of sugar and the almonds and fold this mixture into the snow.
Using a teaspoon, place small biscuits on the baking tray and bake the date biscuits for approx. 20 minutes in the oven on the middle shelf.
Preparation Tip:
It is best to store the date biscuits in a tightly closing tin.
