Instructions:

(1) For the olive paste, rinse 2 anchovy fillets, dry and chop. Remove seeds from chili pepper. Grind finely with olives, all herbs, 4 garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon capers. Gradually pour in 100 ml olive oil until a creamy paste is formed. Season with 1 tsp. juice of a lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper.

(2) Toast slices of white bread in a toaster or pack oven. Spread each slice with the paste.
