Stir the rosehip pulp with the whipped cream, oil and sherry until smooth. Grate the peel from the lemon and oranges, squeeze out the juice and add to the mixture together with the paprika, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Pour in the brandy as well as the Worcester sauce and mix well.

The rosehip sauce goes well with grilled game.
