Brush potatoes thoroughly. Divide cauliflower into roses. Spread evenly in a shallow gratin dish.

Stir clear soup, whipped cream and curry paste. Season with salt. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 200 degrees for about one hour. Ladle curry cream over vegetables from time to time. Serve with leaf salad.
