Strawberry Shake with Vanilla Ice Cream

For the strawberry shake with vanilla ice cream, clean and wash the strawberries and place in a high mug with the sugar, lime juice and Rama Cremefine to whip. Blend with a hand blender to a creamy, frothy shake.

Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, cut out balls of the vanilla ice cream and divide among four tall cocktail glasses.

Then carefully pour the strawberry shake into the glasses.

Garnish the strawberry shake with vanilla ice cream with lemon balm leaves and serve immediately.

Preparation Tip:

If you like it especially creamy, add a topping of whipped Cremefine to the strawberry shake with vanilla ice cream.
