Brownies

For the brownies, first preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan or a baking tray with a higher edge and dust with flour.

Melt the chocolate and butter over a water bath. Mix sugar and eggs. Stir in the flour. Then add the chocolate. At the end, fold in the hazelnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and put the brownies in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

This brownies recipe is enough for a mold with 25 cm.
