Ingredients for the beer batter:


Cut bread into narrow slices, chives into rolls.

Cut onions into cubes. Peel and crush garlic. Melt light butter, sauté onions with garlic until yellowish. Extinguish with wine and season.

Cover the bottom of a greased gratin dish with bread, drizzle with the wine and onion mixture. Sprinkle with chives and cheese.

Again layer bread, drizzle with wine and sprinkle with chives and cheese. Continue in this way until all ingredients are layered.

Bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.

Serve with: carrot vegetables
