Instructions:

For the dough, sift flour into a suitable bowl, crumble curd over it, mix with flour. Add water, sprinkle with salt. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for one hour with the lid closed.

During this time, cook the topping: Peel the onions, chop coarsely. Saute in the butter until translucent. However, the onions should not become completely soft. Cool.

Cut the bacon into small cubes. Mix eggs, yogurt, whipped cream, spices and cornstarch (it tastes just as good if you add 1-2 cloves of garlic).

Roll out the dough on a floured baking board. Line tart springform pan with greased parchment paper. Place dough in the pan. Press a strip of dough to the edge of the tart springform pan.

Spread onions evenly on top of the dough. Spread the bacon evenly over the onions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Now pour the whipped cream mixture over the top.

Place on the bottom rack in the preheated oven and bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
