A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Add mold, sugar, a tiny bit of salt, sunflower oil or other vegetable oil and the dissolved yeast. Quickly prepare everything into a smooth dough, cover it and let it rise by half in a warm place.

For the filling, cut the onions into fine rings and sauté them in a frying pan with a little bit of butter until translucent. Mix the cheese with crème fraîche, milk and eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Roll out the dough and put it on a greased tray, spread the onions evenly on it, spread the cheese mixture on top. Let everything rise repeatedly for about 15 min, then bake in a 220 °C (top-bottom heat) oven for about half an hour.
