For the poppy seed cake, mix flour with baking powder well. Beat the yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and oil until fluffy. Add poppy seeds and yogurt.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture alternately with the flour. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured springform pan and bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Then do the first test.
