Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°. Oil the potatoes completely and bake them on a baking tray lined with baking paper for about 1 hour, until they are soft. Remove the potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out with a spoon and place the inside in a bowl. Set the shells aside. Add the milk, butter, butter cheese and egg yolk to the potatoes and mix everything together with a mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then stir in the ham. Beat the egg whites until firm and fold into the potato mixture. Fill the potato filling into the potato shells and sprinkle with butter cheese. Put back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with green salad.
