For nachos au gratin, first prepare the salsa sauce. Grate the cheese. Wash, dry and finely chop the cilantro.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
Spread the nachos on the baking sheet. Pour salsa sauce on top and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for about 6-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve baked nachos sprinkled with cilantro.

Serve scalloped nachos with guacamole or other dip of choice.
