Instructions:

For the berries and curd cream, mix curd, cream, juice of lemon and orange, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Mix berries and stir in. For the berry salad, mix berries, rum and sugar, heat and pour into glasses.

Pour curd mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto berries. Serve the berry and curd cream immediately or refrigerate.
