Instructions:

Melt the saffron powder in 1/2 liter of cold water in a saucepan. Add long grain rice, oil, 1 level tbsp salt, peeled onion and garlic.

Once briefly boil and cook at low temperature in a closed saucepan for 20 min.

Serve with carne mechada.
