For microwave raspberry jam, mix raspberries with sugar and lemon in a tall, large microwave-safe container.

Cover and cook in microwave for 5 minutes.

Stir and cook, covered, for an additional 4 minutes. Stir again and cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in vodka, and pour jam into jars. Close the jar tightly and turn upside down for 10 minutes – and the microwaved raspberry jam is ready.

Preparation Tip:

Microwave raspberry jam boils over easily, so the jar should not be too full and tightly closed.
