For the spring rolls, first mix the ingredients for the dough well and bake very thin pancakes from it.

For the filling, soak the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. Then cut the onions, meat and mushrooms into thin strips. Dust the meat with flour and season with salt.

Heat some oil in a pan and add the soy bean sprouts, mushrooms and onions. Saute everything briefly and take it out again.

If necessary, add some more oil to the pan and let the meat brown in it. Then add the vegetables and let them steam briefly. Stir in the cornflour mixed with soy sauce, bring to the boil briefly and remove from the heat.

Fill the previously baked thin pancakes with the mixture and roll them up. Coat the edges with a thick flour and water mixture to make the rolls hold better.

Now bake the ready formed spring rolls still floating in hot oil, drain and enjoy.

Preparation Tip:

This spring roll recipe is also great as a small office snack in between meals.
