Beat yolks and egg with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, rum, a little grated lemon zest and salt until foamy.

Then stir the curd, sour cream, semolina and cornflour into the mixture. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C for about 15 minutes.

Then cut into pieces and toss in the pan with a little butter.

Arrange on plates, sprinkle with sugar and serve with fruit puree.
