Cut the Limburger or Romadur into fine cubes. Grind together with a shot of beer in a hand mixer or possibly with a blender. Mix the cheese with the cream quark, the peeled and finely chopped onion, the selected and finely chopped herbs, the peppercorns, the fruit vinegar, the beet syrup and the tomato ketchup and stir until smooth. Season everything heartily with sugar, sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and caraway seeds and leave to cool.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
