A cake recipe for all foodies:

Beat eggs and water. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Combine flour, cornstarch and baking powder, fold in. Pour into a cake springform pan (26 cm ø) lined with parchment paper. Bake in a hot kitchen oven (electric oven: 200 °C ) for 20 minutes.

Soak the gelatine. Peel the oranges. Cut half of the oranges into slices. Remove the fillets from the other half of the oranges. Collect juice, heat. Let gelatine melt in it.

Let cool. Stir yogurt and sugar. Fold in juice.

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir into yogurt as soon as it begins to gel. Cut the base 2x in half. Place half of cream and fillets on 1st layer. Spread rest of cream and fruit evenly on top.

Chill for 4 hours, decorate.
