For the lambada slice, first prepare the sponge cake. To do this, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and fold in the flour. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 18 minutes.

For the cream, pour about 100 ml of multivitamin juice into a measuring cup and boil the rest. Stir vanilla pudding powder, sugar and vanilla sugar into measuring cup and stir into multivitamin juice.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly while stirring constantly, nfinally empty onto sponge cake and chill. Whip cream and spread on top of pudding. Soak sponge cake in milk-rum mixture and place evenly on top of whipped topping. Sprinkle the lambada slice with cocoa powder.

Preparation Tip:

The lambada slice tastes great with a cup of good coffee.
