For the spicy cauliflower with herb tomato sauce, cut cauliflower into florets and steam until soft (depending on the size of the pieces, this will take around 10-15 minutes).
Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Sauté in a little olive oil, add tomatoes and boil down to a thick sauce.
Season with cumin, salt and pepper. Let the softly cooked cauliflower steep in the sauce for a while.
Dry roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil. Wash and chop the herbs. Stir a large part of the herbs into the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the cauliflower with herb tomato sauce with pine nuts and serve warm.
